The Ramble

I haven't found too much that I felt like putting out here lately. Most of what I do think about linking to is political. I don't want to make this a political blog, there are plenty of those, already. If you want to see some of the soldiers that are defending U.S. from islamo-facists, here's a great site:

This is great! I was completely and utterly wrong. The Election was quick and decisive. President Bush has become the first president since GHW Bush in 1988 to garner more than 49% of the vote. I really couldn't be more thrilled. The conservative voters came out in force and voted for someone they believe in. I'm shocked and amazed..... Did I mention thrilled?

Guam has voted for President Bush. It didn't say how many electoral votes they have, if any. weird.

I'm predicting that the votes that are cast today will start a fight that will last for at least 30 days. In the end, it will be deadlocked and the supreme court or Congress will have to decide it. It will be bitter and whoever comes out on top will be resented by about half of the population. The days of rallying behind the President are over and the cynical days of "he stole the election" are here forever. It's really sad. :D
